Great Benefits! IMS is currently seeking a Treasury Analyst, located in the Morton Grove, IL office. This is a new position to IMS and reports to the Audit Manager. Primary duties and responsibilities include: Cash Flow Analysis and Forecasting Recommend and help implement operational efficiencies and controls relating to cash Produce monthly Working Capital Reporting for Parent Co. Reconcile Inter-company accounts and other Omnicom subsidiary payments Disburse Daily Bank Reporting to A/R and A/P Organize stop payments and monitor banking exceptions to reduce likelihood of Fraudulent transactions Month End Journal Entries for Audit reclasses Some general ledger account reconciliation Issue Certificates of Insurance to clients and coordinate receipt from suppliers Gather Insurance information for Parent Co. for Insurance policy renewals Assist with audit documentation/preparation Cross-Train with Corporate Accounting department to provide backup as needed. Special projects as requested JOB REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have a degree in accounting or finance and at least *3 to 4* years of direct Treasury or General Ledger experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with JD Edwards a definite plus. CPA, CFA, or MBA is preferred. Successful candidates will be proactive, quick learner, self-motivated, analytical, cheerful and have a history of being able to build successful internal/external relationships. This individual will have good business communication skills, both oral and written, and will be comfortable interacting with a diverse audience from CFO, Controller, Account Management professionals, Bankers and A/R, A/P clerks.
